Upon approval by a majority of the votes cast, the board of county commissioners shall pass a resolution creating an authority as described in 85-3-411. Such an authority has all powers provided by this chapter, including the authority to levy a tax as provided by 85-3-422.","path":["TITLE 85. WATER USE","CHAPTER 3.
