{"data":{"id":"us-mt/85-8-407","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"85-8-407","heading":"Complaint required -- contents.","body":"(1) Said action shall be commenced by filing in the office of the clerk of the district court a complaint which must contain:\n(a) the title of the action, the name of the court and the county in which the action is brought, and the names of the parties to the action;\n(b) a statement of the facts constituting the cause of the action, in ordinary and concise language;\n(c) a demand for the relief which the plaintiff claims.\n(2) The complaint shall be verified in the same manner as complaints in other civil actions.","path":["TITLE 85.
