{"data":{"id":"us-mt/85-9-305","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"85-9-305","heading":"Entry of dissolution order.","body":"(1) The court shall enter an order dissolving the district when it appears to the satisfaction of the court that:\n(a) all obligations of the district have been discharged;\n(b) all the costs of termination have been paid.\n(2) A certified copy of the order shall be recorded by the clerk of the court in all counties in which the district was situated and filed with the secretary of state.","path":["TITLE 85.
