{"data":{"id":"us-mt/85-9-502","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"85-9-502","heading":"Annexation of property.","body":"(1) To annex real property to the district, the procedure is as follows:\n(a) The directors shall petition the court.\n(b) The petition must:\n(i) give a general description of the real property to be annexed sufficient to enable a person to determine if the person's property is in the proposed annexation; and\n(ii) describe the benefits to accrue to the real property as a result of the annexation.\n(2) The court shall:\n(a) give notice and hold a hearing on the petition; and\n(b) upon good cause shown, order or deny the annexation.","path":["TITLE 85.
