{"data":{"id":"us-mt/87-1-232","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"87-1-232","heading":"Tattoo records.","body":"(1) The department shall maintain a record of each animal reported to it pursuant to 87-6-701. The record shall indicate:\n(a) the person by whom the animal was captured or is held in captivity;\n(b) the location of the capture or captivity;\n(c) the date the animal was tattooed;\n(d) the purpose of the captivity or capture; and\n(e) any death, escape, release, transfer of custody, or other disposition of the animal.\n(2) The department shall establish by rule a fee to be charged, which may not exceed the administrative cost of maintaining the record required by this section.","path":["TITLE 87.
