{"data":{"id":"us-mt/87-1-611","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"87-1-611","heading":"Fish and wildlife mitigation trust fund created.","body":"(1) There is established, separate and apart from all public money or funds of this state, a fund to be known as the fish and wildlife mitigation trust fund. The fund must be administered by the department.\n(2) The fund consists of:\n(a) money received under written agreements, contracts, or authorizations with the department made for the purpose of fish and wildlife mitigation or enhancement;\n(b) any gift, donation, grant, legacy, bequest, or devise made for the purpose of fish and wildlife mitigation or enhancement;\n(c) any interest, earnings, or income of the fund; and\n(d) any property or easements acquired through the expenditure of money from the fund.","path":["TITLE 87.
