{"data":{"id":"us-mt/87-3-237","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"87-3-237","heading":"Warm water fishery enhancement account -- source of funding -- use of account.","body":"(1) There is an account to the credit of the department in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the warm water fishery enhancement account.\n(2) There must be deposited in the account:\n(a) a one-time transfer of money from the department in the amount of $1,000 to start the fund;\n(b) proceeds from voluntary contributions.\n(3) Money in the account may be used only to fund the enhancement of warm water fisheries and habitats in Montana.\n(4) The department shall adopt a process that allows individuals to donate money to the warm water fishery enhancement account by means of a voluntary contribution. Each individual must be provided an opportunity to contribute to the account at the time the individual purchases a fishing license.","path":["TITLE 87. FISH AND WILDLIFE","CHAPTER 3.
