Stat. § 1-339.35","heading":"Private sale; report of sale.","body":"(a)\tThe person holding a private sale shall, within five days after the date of the sale, file a report with the clerk of the superior court of the county where the proceeding for the sale is pending.\n(b)\tThe report shall be signed and shall show\n(1)\tThe title of the action or proceeding;\n(2)\tThe authority under which the person making the sale acted;\n(3)\tA description of real property sold, by reference or otherwise, sufficient to identify it, and, if sold in parts, a description of each part so sold;\n(4)\tA description of personal property sold, sufficient to indicate the nature and quantity of the property sold to each purchaser;\n(5)\tThe name or names of the person or persons to whom the property was sold;\n(6)\tThe price at which the property, or each part thereof, was sold, and the terms of the sale; and\n(7)\tThe date of the report.
