Stat. § 1-339.63","heading":"Report of sale.","body":"(a)\tThe sheriff shall, within five days after the date of the sale, file a report thereof with the clerk of the superior court.\n(b)\tThe report shall be signed and shall show\n(1)\tThe title of the action or proceeding;\n(2)\tThe authority under which the sheriff acted;\n(3)\tThe date, hour and place of the sale;\n(4)\tA description of real property sold, by reference or otherwise, sufficient to identify it, and, if sold in parts, a description of each part so sold;\n(5)\tA description of personal property sold, sufficient to indicate the nature and quantity of the property sold to each purchaser;\n(6)\tThe name or names of the person or persons to whom the property was sold;\n(7)\tThe price at which the property, or each part thereof, was sold and that such price was the highest bid therefor; and\n(8)\tThe date of the report.
