Stat. § 1-567.67","heading":"Appeals.","body":"(a)\tAn appeal may be taken from:\n(1)\tAn order denying an application to compel arbitration made under G.S. 1-567.38;\n(2)\tAn order granting an application to stay arbitration made under G.S. 1-567.38;\n(3)\tAn order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;\n(4)\tAn order modifying or correcting an award;\n(5)\tAn order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or\n(6)\tA judgment or decree entered pursuant to the provisions of this Article.\n(b)\tThe appeal shall be taken in the manner and to the same extent as from orders or judgments in a civil action.
