Stat. § 1-567.85","heading":"Costs.","body":"(a)\tOn termination of the conciliation proceeding, the conciliators shall set the costs of the conciliation and give written notice of the costs to the parties. For purposes of this section, \"costs\" includes all of the following:\n(1)\tA reasonable fee to be paid to the conciliators.\n(2)\tTravel and other reasonable expenses of the conciliators.\n(3)\tTravel and other reasonable expenses of witnesses requested by the conciliators, with the consent of the parties.\n(4)\tThe cost of any expert advice requested by the conciliators, with the consent of the parties.\n(5)\tThe cost of any court.\n(b)\tCosts shall be borne equally by the parties unless a conciliation agreement provides for a different apportionment.
