Stat. § 1-569.28","heading":"Appeals.","body":"(a)\tAn appeal may be taken from:\n(1)\tAn order denying a motion to compel arbitration;\n(2)\tAn order granting a motion to stay arbitration;\n(3)\tAn order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;\n(4)\tAn order modifying or correcting an award;\n(5)\tAn order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or\n(6)\tA final judgment entered pursuant to this Article.\n(b)\tAn appeal under this section shall be taken as from an order or a judgment in a civil action.
