Stat. § 106-284.39","heading":"Prohibited acts.","body":"The following acts and the causing thereof within the State of North Carolina are hereby prohibited:\n(1)\tThe manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded.\n(2)\tThe adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed.\n(3)\tThe distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, which are adulterated within the meaning of G.S. 106-284.38(1).\n(4)\tThe removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order under G.S. 106-284.43.\n(5)\tThe failure or refusal to register in accordance with G.S. 106-284.34.\n(6)\tThe violation of G.S. 106-284.44(f).\n(7)\tFailure to pay inspection fees and file reports as required by G.S. 106-284.40.\n(8)\tThe use of metal fasteners as bag fasteners or for attaching labels to the containers of commercial feed.
