Stat. § 106-50.40","heading":"Rules and regulations.","body":"The Board of Agriculture is authorized to promulgate and adopt, pursuant to Chapter 150B of the General Statutes of North Carolina, such rules and regulations as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of this Article. Such regulations may relate to, but shall not be limited to:\n(1)\tMethods of inspection and sampling;\n(2)\tExamination and analysis of samples;\n(3)\tDesignation of ingredients;\n(4)\tIdentity of product;\n(5)\tMonetary penalties for samples not meeting guarantees;\n(6)\tAcceptable ingredients for registration;\n(7)\tLabeling format.
