Stat. § 106-941","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this Article:\n(1)\t\"Department\" means the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.\n(2)\t\"Forest ranger\" means a forest ranger designated under G.S. 106-896(3).\n(3)\t\"Person\" means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, public or private institution, political subdivision, or government agency.\n(4)\t\"Woodland\" means woodland as defined in G.S. 106-904.
