An individual is qualified for this payment:\n(1)\tIf the Social Security Administration determines the individual to be a \"Disabled Working Individual\";\n(2)\tIf the individual's income is less than two hundred percent (200%) of the current federal poverty level, as revised annually; and\n(3)\tIf the individual is less than 65 years of age.
