Stat. § 113-270.5","heading":"Trapping licenses.","body":"(a)\tExcept as otherwise specifically provided by law, no person may take wild animals by trapping during open trapping seasons without a valid trapping license.\n(b)\tThe trapping licenses issued by the Wildlife Resources Commission are as follows and entitle the licensee to access and use Wildlife Resource Commission Property:\n(1)\tResident State Trapping License - $30.00. This license is valid only for use by an individual resident of the State.\n(1a)\tResident Lifetime Trapping License - $300.00. This license shall be issued only to an individual resident of the State and is valid for the lifetime of the licensee.\n(2)\tRepealed by Session Laws 2013-283, s. 6, effective August 1, 2014.\n(3)\tNonresident State Trapping License - $125.00.
