Stat. § 115C-160","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The State Board of Education shall provide appropriate definitions necessary to this part of career and technical education instruction not otherwise included in this Part. As used in this Part, the following definitions apply, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1)\tThe term \"building trades training\" means the development of career skills through the construction of dwellings or other buildings and related activities by students in career and technical education programs.\n(2)\tThe term \"production work\" means production activities and services performed by students in career and technical education classes under contract with a second party for remuneration.
