Stat. § 115C-238.33","heading":"Plan for effective use of fiscal resources; comprehensive plan to implement extended services programs.","body":"(a)\tThe State Board of Education shall develop model plans which show how to (i) deliver comprehensive extended services; (ii) effectively use all fiscal resources, including federal funds, and other resources under its control that support the goals of this Part; and (iii) maintain quality program evaluation.
