Stat. § 115C-265","heading":"Rules and regulations for distribution of library/media personnel funds; employment of personnel.","body":"(a)\tThe State Board of Education is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations for the distribution of library/media personnel funds, on the basis of average daily membership (ADM), to each local school administrative unit of the State.\n(b)\tEach local school administrative unit in the State shall employ library/media personnel in accordance with State library/media guidelines approved by the State Board of Education insofar as funds are approved for that purpose by the North Carolina General Assembly.
