Stat. § 115D-58.17","heading":"Report on certain recurring programs.","body":"(a)\tNo later than February 15, 2024, and annually thereafter, the State Board of Community Colleges shall report to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee on outcomes related to the following recurring programs:\n(1)\tMinority male mentoring programs, including the Minority Male Success Initiative.\n(2)\tThe Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Biotechnology Training Center and Greenhouse at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis.\n(b)\tEach report required pursuant to this section shall include at least the following information from the prior fiscal year:\n(1)\tProgram activities, objectives, and accomplishments.\n(2)\tItemized expenditures and fund sources.\n(3)\tThe impact of the program on its intended purpose.
