Stat. § 116-209.100","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following definitions apply to this Part:\n(1)\tEligible postsecondary institution. - A school that is:\na.\tA constituent institution of The University of North Carolina as defined in G.S. 116-2(4).\nb.\tA community college as defined in G.S. 115D-2(2).\nc.\tA nonprofit postsecondary institution as defined in G.S. 116-280(3).\n(2)\tMatriculated status. - Being recognized as a student in a defined program of study leading to a degree, diploma, or certificate at an eligible postsecondary institution.\n(3)\tProgram. - The Early Graduate Scholarship Program.\n(4)\tReserve Fund. - Reserve Fund for Early Graduate Scholarships.\n(5)\tScholarship. - An Early Graduate Scholarship for education awarded under this Part.
