Stat. § 119-15","heading":"Definitions that apply to Article.","body":"The following definitions apply in this Article:\n(1)\tAlternative fuel. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.130.\n(2)\tAviation gasoline. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(3)\tDyed diesel fuel. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(4)\tDyed diesel fuel distributor. - A person who acquires dyed diesel fuel from either of the following:\na.\tA person who is not required to be licensed under Part 2 of Article 36C of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes and who maintains storage facilities for dyed diesel fuel to be used for nonhighway purposes.\nb.\tAnother dyed diesel fuel distributor.\n(5)\tGasoline. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(6)\tJet fuel. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(7)\tKerosene. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(8)\tKerosene distributor. - A person who acquires kerosene from any of the following for subsequent sale:\na.\tA supplier licensed under Part 2 of Article 36C of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes.\nb.\tA kerosene supplier.\nc.\tAnother kerosene distributor.\n(9)\tKerosene supplier. - Either of the following:\na.\tA person who supplies both kerosene and motor fuel and, consequently, is required to be licensed under Part 2 of Article 36C of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes.\nb.\tA person who is not required to be licensed as a supplier under Part 2 of Article 36C of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes and who maintains storage facilities for kerosene to be used to fuel an airplane.\n(10)\tMotor fuel. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(11)\tPerson. - Defined in G.S. 105-229.90.\n(12)\tTerminal. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.\n(13)\tTerminal operator. - Defined in G.S. 105-449.60.
