Stat. § 120-158","heading":"Creation of Municipal Incorporations Subcommittee.","body":"(a)\tThere is created the Municipal Incorporations Subcommittee of the Joint Legislative Committee on Local Government.\n(b)\tThe Subcommittee shall consist of six members, appointed as follows:\n(1)\tThree Senators appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, at least one of whom shall be a former city or county commissioner, city or county manager, or other local elected official.\n(2)\tThree House members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, at least one of whom shall be a former city or county commissioner, city or county manager, or other local elected official.\n(3),\t(4) Repealed by Session Laws 2011-291, s. 1.8(a), effective June 24, 2011.
