Stat. § 127B-35","heading":"Action by Attorney General.","body":"(a)\tCivil Action. - The Attorney General may commence a civil action against any person that violates any provision of this Article.\n(b)\tRemedies. - The court may order any of the following remedies:\n(1)\tInjunction.\n(2)\tPayment of restitution to a servicemember in the amount of money unlawfully received from, or required to be refunded to, the servicemember.\n(3)\tAny other remedy provided under Chapter 75 of the General Statutes.\n(c)\tCivil Penalty. - The court may assess a civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation. The clear proceeds of civil penalties imposed pursuant to this section shall be remitted to the Civil Penalty and Forfeiture Fund in accordance with G.S. 115C-457.2.
