Stat. § 130A-314","heading":"Scope of the Article.","body":"(a)\tThe provisions of this Article shall apply to each public water system in the State unless the public water system meets all of the following conditions:\n(1)\tConsists only of distribution and storage facilities and does not have any collection and treatment facilities;\n(2)\tObtains all of its water from, but is not owned or operated by, a public water system to which the drinking water rules apply;\n(3)\tDoes not sell water to any person; and\n(4)\tIs not a carrier which conveys passengers in interstate commerce.\n(b)\tA provision of any charter granted to a public water system in conflict with the provisions of this Article is repealed.
