Stat. § 130A-453.27","heading":"Certification and accreditation fee schedule.","body":"(a)\tThe Department shall collect annual accreditation and certification fees authorized under this Article, including initial and renewal fees. The fees collected shall be used for the ongoing administration of this Article and shall not revert to the General Fund at the end of the fiscal year. The fees shall not exceed the following:\nMaximum Fee\n(1)\tAccreditation of a training provider\t$150.00\n(2)\tReaccreditation of a training provider\t$150.00\n(3)\tAccreditation or reaccreditation of initial courses\n(Per course per language)\t$2,000\n(4)\tAccreditation or reaccreditation of refresher courses\n(Per course per language)\t$2,000\n(5)\tCertification or recertification of a firm\t$300.00\n(6)\tCertification or recertification of a dust sampling\ntechnician\t$150.00\n(b)\tThe accreditation fees imposed under this section do not apply to local or State governmental regulatory agency personnel, Indian tribes, or nonprofit training providers.
