Stat. § 131D-2.12","heading":"Training requirements; county departments of social services.","body":"(a)\tThe county departments of social services' adult home specialists and their supervisors shall complete:\n(1)\tEight hours of prebasic training within 60 days of employment;\n(2)\tThirty-two hours of basic training within six months of employment;\n(3)\tTwenty-four hours of postbasic training within six months of the basic training program;\n(4)\tA minimum of eight hours of complaint investigation training within six months of employment; and\n(5)\tA minimum of 16 hours of statewide training annually by the Division of Health Service Regulation.\n(b)\tThe joint training requirements by the Department shall be as provided in G.S. 143B-139.5B.
