Stat. § 131E-116","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this Part, unless otherwise specified:\n(1)\t\"Administrator\" means an administrator of a facility.\n(1a)\t\"Commission\" means the North Carolina Medical Care Commission.\n(2)\t\"Facility\" means a nursing home and a home for the aged or disabled licensed pursuant to G.S. 131E-102, and also means a nursing home operated by a hospital which is licensed under Article 5 of G.S. Chapter 131E.\n(3)\t\"Patient\" means a person who has been admitted to a facility.\n(4)\t\"Representative payee\" means a person certified by the federal government to receive and disburse benefits for a recipient of governmental assistance.
