Stat. § 131E-165","heading":"Title; purpose.","body":"(a)\tThis Article shall be known as the \"Cardiac Rehabilitation Certification Program.\"\n(b)\tThe purpose of this Article is to provide for the development, establishment, and enforcement of rules and certification:\n(1)\tFor the care and treatment of individuals in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation programs; and\n(2)\tFor the maintenance and operation of cardiac rehabilitation programs to ensure safe and adequate treatment of individuals in cardiac rehabilitation programs.
