Stat. § 136-13.2","heading":"Falsifying highway inspection reports.","body":"(a)\tAny person who knowingly falsifies any inspection report or test report required by the Department of Transportation in connection with the construction of highways, shall be guilty of a Class H felony.\n(b)\tAny person who directs a subordinate under his direct or indirect supervision to falsify an inspection report or test report required by the Department of Transportation in connection with the construction of highways, shall be guilty of a Class H felony.\n(c)\tRepealed by Session Laws 1979, c. 786, s. 2, effective May 8, 1979.
