Stat. § 136-140.7","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this Article: \"Motorist services directional signs\" means signs, displays, and devices giving directional information about goods and services in the interest of the traveling public, including but not limited to:\n(1)\tPlaces of public lodging;\n(2)\tPlaces where food is served to the public on a regular basis;\n(3)\tPlaces where automotive fuel or emergency automotive repair services, including truck stops, are regularly available to the public;\n(4)\tEducational institutions;\n(5)\tPlaces of religious worship;\n(6)\tPublic or private recreation areas, including campgrounds, resorts and attractions, natural wonders, wildlife and water fowl refuges, and nature trails;\n(7)\tPlays, concerts and fairs;\n(8)\tAntiques, gift and souvenir shops;\n(9)\tAgricultural products in a natural state, including vegetables and fruit.
