Stat. § 136-91","heading":"Placing glass, etc., or injurious obstructions in road.","body":"(a)\tNo person shall throw, place, or deposit any glass or other sharp or cutting substance or any injurious obstruction in or upon any highway or public vehicular area.\n(b)\tAs used in this section:\n(1)\t\"Highway\" shall be defined as it is in G.S. 20-4.01; and\n(2)\t\"Public vehicular area\" shall be defined as it is in G.S. 20-4.01.\n(c)\tAny person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
