Stat. § 14-64","heading":"Burning of ginhouses and tobacco houses.","body":"(a)\tUnless the conduct is covered under some other provision of law providing greater punishment, if any person shall wantonly and willfully set fire to or burn or cause to be burned, or aid, counsel or procure the burning of any ginhouse or tobacco house, or any part thereof, the person shall be punished as a Class H felon.\n(b)\tThe following definitions apply to this section:\n(1)\tGinhouse. - Any building or structure where cotton is ginned.\n(2)\tTobacco house. - Any barn, building, or other structure used for curing and aging tobacco.
