Stat. § 143-151.57","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a)\tMaximum Fees. - The Board may adopt fees that do not exceed the amounts set in the following table for administering this Article:\nItem\tMaximum Fee\nApplication for home inspector license\t$35.00\nHome inspector examination\t80.00\nIssuance or renewal of home inspector license\t160.00\nLate renewal of home inspector license\t30.00\nApplication for course approval\t150.00\nRenewal of course approval\t75.00\nCourse fee, per credit hour per licensee\t5.00\nCredit for unapproved continuing education course\t50.00\nCopies of Board rules or licensure standards\t\tCost of printing\nand mailing.\n(b)\tSubsequent Application. - An individual who applied for a license as a home inspector and who failed the home inspector examination is not required to pay an additional application fee if the individual submits another application for a license as a home inspector. The individual must pay the examination fee, however, to be eligible to take the examination again. An individual may take the examination only once every 90 days. (1993 (Reg.
