Stat. § 143-444","heading":"Determinations.","body":"The Board is authorized:\n(1)\tTo declare as a pest any form of plant or animal life or virus which is injurious to plants, man, domestic animals, articles, or substances;\n(2)\tTo determine whether pesticides are highly toxic to man; and\n(3)\tTo determine standards of coloring or discoloring for pesticides, and to subject pesticides to the requirements of G.S. 143-443(a)(4).
