Stat. § 143B-1409","heading":"Conditions for providing enhanced 911 service.","body":"No CMRS provider is required to provide enhanced 911 service until all of the following conditions are met:\n(1)\tThe CMRS provider receives a request for the service from the administrator of a PSAP that is capable of receiving and utilizing the data elements associated with the service.\n(2)\tRepealed by Session Laws 2023-137, s. 49(e), effective July 1, 2024.\n(3)\tThe local exchange carrier is able to support the requirements of enhanced 911 service.
