Stat. § 143B-1502","heading":"Program types eligible for funding; community-based corrections programs.","body":"Based on the prioritized populations in G.S. 143B-1154(b), program types eligible for funding may include, but are not limited to, the following:\n(1)\tSubstance abuse treatment services, to include co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorder services, residential, intensive outpatient, outpatient, peer support, and relapse prevention.\n(2)\tCognitive behavioral programming and other evidence-based programming deemed to be the most cost-effective method to reduce criminogenic needs identified by the risk/needs assessment.
