Stat. § 143B-152.11","heading":"Administration of program.","body":"The Department of Health and Human Services shall develop and implement the Family Resource Center Grant Program. The Department shall:\n(1)\tSponsor a statewide conference for teams of interested representatives to provide background information and assistance regarding all aspects of the program;\n(2)\tDisseminate information regarding the program to interested local community groups;\n(3)\tProvide initial technical assistance and ongoing technical assistance to grant recipients;\n(4)\tAdminister funds appropriated by the General Assembly;\n(5)\tMonitor the grants funded and the ongoing operations of family resource centers;\n(6)\tRevoke a grant if necessary or appropriate;\n(7)\tReport to the General Assembly and the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations, in accordance with G.S. 143B-152.15; and\n(8)\tAdopt rules to implement this Part.
