Stat. § 147-3","heading":"Executive officers.","body":"(a)\tExecutive officers are either:\n(1)\tCivil;\n(2)\tMilitary.\n(b)\tCivil executive officers are:\n(1)\tGeneral, or for the whole State;\n(2)\tSpecial, or for special duties in different parts of the State;\n(3)\tLocal, or for a particular part of the State.\n(c)\tThe general civil executive officers of this State are as follows:\n(1)\tA Governor;\n(2)\tA Lieutenant Governor;\n(3)\tPrivate secretary for the Governor;\n(4)\tA Secretary of State;\n(5)\tAn Auditor;\n(6)\tA Treasurer;\n(7)\tAn Attorney General;\n(8)\tA Superintendent of Public Instruction;\n(9)\tThe members of the Governor's Council;\n(10)\tA Commissioner of Agriculture;\n(11)\tA Commissioner of Labor;\n(12)\tA Commissioner of Insurance.
