Stat. § 148-129","heading":"Purposes of Correction Enterprises.","body":"Correction Enterprises shall serve all of the following purposes to:\n(1)\tProvide incarcerated offenders a work and training environment that emulates private industry.\n(2)\tProvide incarcerated offenders with training opportunities that allow them to increase work skills and employability upon release from prison.\n(3)\tProvide quality goods and services.\n(4)\tAid victims by contributing a portion of its proceeds to the Crime Victims Compensation Fund.\n(5)\tGenerate sufficient funds from the sale of goods and services to be a self-supporting operation.
