Stat. § 150B-21.19","heading":"Requirements for including rule in Code.","body":"To be acceptable for inclusion in the North Carolina Administrative Code, a rule must:\n(1)\tCite the law under which the rule is adopted.\n(2)\tBe signed by the head of the agency or the rulemaking coordinator for the agency that adopted the rule.\n(3)\tBe in the physical form specified by the Codifier of Rules.\n(4)\tHave been approved by the Commission, if the rule is a temporary or permanent rule.\n(5)\tHave complied with the provisions of G.S. 12-3.1, if the rule establishes a new fee or increases an existing fee.
