Stat. § 153A-403","heading":"Content of concurrent resolutions.","body":"The concurrent resolutions establishing a commission shall:\n(1)\tSet forth the purposes that are to be vested in the commission pursuant to G.S. 153A-402;\n(2)\tDetermine the composition of the commission, the manner of appointment of its members, and the manner of selection of its officers;\n(3)\tDetermine the compensation, if any, to be paid to commission members;\n(4)\tProvide for the organizational meeting of the commission;\n(5)\tSet out the method for determining the financial support that will be given to the commission by each of the governments establishing the commission;\n(6)\tSet forth the date by which the commission is to complete its work;\n(7)\tSet forth any other directions or limitations considered necessary.
