Stat. § 159-33.2","heading":"Interim event reporting.","body":"The Secretary has the authority to require a unit of local government or public authority to report events defined by the Secretary that will or may have a material, adverse effect on the financial health, operations, or internal controls of the unit of local government or public authority within 30 days after the occurrence of such events. The Commission shall adopt a policy specifying the events required to be reported under this section and the process for reporting such events.
