Stat. § 160A-907","heading":"Voting; removal.","body":"(a)\tA majority of the board of trustees constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. Each member shall have one vote.\n(b)\tEach member of the board of trustees may be removed with or without cause by the appointing authority.\n(c)\tAppointments to fill vacancies shall be made for the remainder of the unexpired term by the respective appointing authority charged with the responsibility for making such appointments pursuant to G.S. 160A-905.
