Stat. § 163-166.50","heading":"Certified list of executed ballots cast during early voting; distribution of list.","body":"(a)\tWith respect to each ballot voted in accordance with this Part, the State Board shall approve an official register in which the county board of elections in each county of the State shall record the following information:\n(1)\tName of voter for whom a ballot is being requested.\n(2)\tNumber of assigned voter's ballot when issued.\n(3)\tThe precinct in which the voter is registered.\n(4)\tThe date the voter voted early.\n(5)\tThe voter's party affiliation.\n(6)\tWhatever additional information and official action may be required by this Part.\n(b)\tThe official register required by this section shall constitute a public record and shall be open to inspection.\n(c)\tThe State Board may provide for the official register required by this section to be kept by electronic data processing equipment. The State Board shall require the county board of elections to transmit information in the official register provided for in this section to the State Board.\n(d)\tThe State Board shall adopt rules to implement this section, including frequency of transmittal and ensuring that each precinct has a list of voters from that precinct who voted prior to the polls opening on election day.
