Stat. § 163-232.2","heading":"Ballot reporting.","body":"(a)\tEach county board of elections shall report the following to the State Board during each day of the early voting period:\n(1)\tThe number of mail-in absentee ballots that have been spoiled due to the voter voting in person at an early voting site after requesting a mail-in absentee ballot.\n(2)\tThe number of outstanding mail-in absentee ballots, including the total number of mail-in absentee ballots sent to date and the total number of mail-in absentee ballots received to date.\n(b)\tEach county board of elections shall report the following to the State Board on the day after the day of the election:\n(1)\tThe number of mail-in absentee ballots that have been counted.\n(2)\tThe number of outstanding mail-in absentee ballots, including the total number of mail-in absentee ballots sent to date and the total number of mail-in absentee ballots received to date.\n(3)\tThe number of provisional ballots cast.\n(c)\tThe reports required by this section shall be completed in the manner specified by the State Board. The State Board shall publish each report received by a county board of elections pursuant to this section on its website each day.
