Stat. § 18C-916","heading":"Civil penalties; suspension and revocation of licenses.","body":"(a)\tIf the Commission determines that the holder of a license under this Article has violated any provision of this Article, the Commission, with at least 15 days' notice and a hearing, may do either or both of the following:\n(1)\tSuspend or revoke the license.\n(2)\tImpose a monetary penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation.\n(b)\tNonpublic record documents and materials that applicants and licensees submit to the Commission shall become public record if such materials are specifically identified by the Commission as providing a basis for a civil penalty, license suspension, license revocation, or other formal or informal enforcement action undertaken by the Commission against the licensee.
