Stat. § 20-280.15","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following definitions apply in this Article:\n(1)\tAirport operator. - As defined in G.S. 20-280.1.\n(2)\tPeer-to-peer vehicle sharing. - The authorized use of a shared vehicle by an individual other than the shared vehicle owner through a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program.\n(3)\tPeer-to-peer vehicle sharing program. - A business platform that connects shared vehicle owners with drivers to enable the sharing of vehicles for financial consideration.\n(4)\tShared vehicle. - A vehicle that is available for sharing through a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program.\n(5)\tShared vehicle owner. - The registered owner of a shared vehicle that is made available for sharing through a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program.\n(6)\tVehicle sharing provider. - The person or entity that operates, facilitates, or administers the provision of personal vehicle sharing through a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program.
