Stat. § 32-54","heading":"Compensation of trustees.","body":"(a)\tIf the terms of the trust do not specify the trustee's compensation, the trustee is entitled to receive from the assets of the trust compensation that is reasonable under the circumstances.\n(b)\tAll of the following factors shall be considered in determining reasonableness of compensation:\n(1)\tThe degree of difficulty and novelty of the tasks required of the trustee.\n(2)\tThe responsibilities and risks involved.\n(3)\tThe amount and character of the trust assets.\n(4)\tThe skill, experience, expertise, and facilities of the trustee.\n(5)\tThe quality of the trustee's performance.\n(6)\tComparable charges for similar services.\n(7)\tTime devoted to administering the trust.\n(8)\tTime constraints imposed upon the trustee in administering the trust.\n(9)\tNature and costs of services delegated to others by the trustee.\n(10)\tWhere more than one trustee is serving, the reasonableness of the total fees paid to all trustees.\n(11)\tOther factors which the trustee or the clerk of superior court deems to be relevant.
